Booking dates can change due to Center Hill Dam generation schedule changes and/or unforeseen weather conditions.

All fees are payable in advance online.
To receive a full refund, customers can cancel at least 15+ days before check-in.
If customers cancel between 14 days and check-in, customer will not receive a refund. Customer will receive a raincheck or reschedule.
No shows will not receive a refund.
Reschedule/raincheck within the current season can happen because of unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control (i.e. generation schedule and weather conditions).
Reschedules/rainchecks must be used within the current season. There will be no refunds if it is not used within the current rental season.
Outside of the details above, if booking dates are changed because of weather or generation schedule. We will contact you and give you a raincheck or reschedule to a date within the current season.
